BMI가 부정확한 비만측정방법이라면 대안은? 어제 뉴욕타임즈에"How Often Is B.M.I. Misleading?" 라는 기사가 실렸다. 요지인 즉슨 내 논문과 허핑턴 포스트의 기고문에서 내가 일관되게 주장해온 것과 동일하다. 즉 BMI가 비만을 측정하는 방법으로는 불충분하고 부정확하다는 것이다.
